General features
Our Superior One Bedroom Apartment is a stylish and comfortable apartment for two adults. We can also provide a travel cot for a child under two free of charge. It features a small private courtyard immediately outside the apartment. This apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate dining area. There is also a lounge area so that you can relax and watch TV.

Superior One Bedroom Apartment bedroom & bathroom
Your bedroom contains a huge bed because you deserve a great night’s sleep. There is also a chair and mirror in the bedroom with a hairdryer for you to add those finishing touches! An iron and ironing board are also in the apartment so that you can refresh your clothes. There’s a full length mirror in the hall for you to admire yourself!
In the bedroom there is a small Smart TV and a chair. This means that you have the choice of watching TV in the lounge or bedroom area.
There is an en suite bathroom with a corner shower. We provide some toiletries in here for you when you arrive, together with all the towels you will need.
Kitchen & living area
Our Superior One Bedroom Apartment has a full kitchen including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a living area a two seater sofa. In the living area there is a smart TV which means that you can watch streaming channels as well as terrestrial TV.
In a separate area there is a dining table and dining chairs, together with small easy chair.
All towels and bed linen are provided for your stay and there is also a welcome pack so that we get your stay with us off to a great start. The welcome pack includes toiletries, washing up equipment and some refreshments. We provide you with some locally produced chocolates as a little treat because you’re worth it!
Outside the apartment is a small private courtyard just for you. There is a small table and two chairs so that you can sit outside and relax.
The Apartment is on the ground floor of our apartment block. It is on Bootham Crescent and is just 900 metres from York Minster and 800 metres from York Art Gallery and York’s beautiful Museum Gardens park. This means that you are only a short walk away from all York has to offer.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms so that you can stay connected.
Laundry facilities are available in the apartment block and are free to use. There is both a washing machine and a dryer.
